Responsibilities
- Manual farm Labour task
- Machinery Maintenance
- Machinery Operation
- Assisting and accepting training from current farm employees.
- Operate large equipment including combines, 4WD and 2WD tractors, sprayers, trucks, track hoe.
- While running the tractor you may be asked to operate a rock picker, Field harrows, Cultivates, disk, land leveler, set up grain augers in bin yard, and move from bin to bin.
- Experience with GPS is an asset
- Cleaning Equipment with high pressure air and high pressure water
- Cleaning grain bins
- Yard maintenance may include cutting lawn, building or grain bin maintenance, sheep maintenance.
- Servicing equipment; greasing all equipment, blowing out rads, cabs, cleaning windows in
preparation for the day’s work.
